Tools

The Corporate Garage not only provides the means to ideate, build, and prototype, it is also a safe place to discover and test tools and methods, or create new ones.

Here are some examples of tools we built or experimented in our Corporate Garage.

Growth Hacking

We tested this e-marketing technique that aims at focusing growth efforts on new customers engagement, on their conversion to regular users, on their potential to generate income, and on their propensity to attract new customers.
By measuring and integrating specific metrics in the design of Garage workshops, we were able to drastically increase employees engagement.

Maker Cards

To explain to employees what tools, methods, and skills they could find or develop in the Garage, we created a deck of cards inviting them to master the modern Garage assets.
Using the deck, we devised a new creativity method allowing employees to invent new stuff, and start building them.

4G prototyping platform for connected objects

The idea behind this kit is to provide hackers with a prototyping platform already solving the connectivity problem, using an embedded 4G modem. The kit consists in a 1GHz linux board enabling mobile, powerful and responsive novel services.
Developed in partnership with Orange, Sequans Communications and Olimex Ltd, the kit can become a key building block for Corporate Garages, speeding up the prototyping of all kinds of connected objects.
