Services

Over the first year of our Corporate Garage experiment, we were challenged by various teams to help them build trust, engagement, or ideas. We offered them through the maker and creativity spaces the services they were looking for, sometimes applying cutting-edge methods, sometimes designing our own. Here is a list of some of the services we experimented.

Team Building

It takes great leadership – and a pinch of Magic – to build great teams. We decided to help on the magic part, and engaged a team of 20 people in the construction of a Rube Goldberg contraption, aiming at providing the most complex solution to the simplest problem.
After 3 hours of intense fun, the team managed to transform junk parts into a crazy – and working – solution using chain reactions over a 30 meters-long journey to… open a door.

Creativity Sessions

From ice-breaking and warm-ups to idea generations, we experimented various creativity methods, calling upon the participants’ positive and negative creative power, emotions, or imagination, to help teams define their identity, find means to boost motivation or recognition, improve their working environment or productivity.

Gamification Consulting

Called on by a team to help in the definition of a short yet engaging demo, we used the Living space to understand the demo objectives and constraints, selected appropriate design elements, applied gamification principles, and ended up with an actionnable mockup that allowed the team to get their demo up and running for the 2015 Mobile World Congress.
