Innovation is often symbolized by the image of a few friends toiling in a garage at night to create something new and disruptive. Many of today’s industry giants were built from modest beginnings – literally in someone’s garage. The big technology innovators such as Google and Microsoft (who began as startups) have created small spaces (Garages) within themselves to foster innovation and recapture the startup spirit dear to their culture.
Sure, the tools available in such garages are essential. But at its core, for innovation to happen, a garage relies on the tremendous potential of the people using it.

We believed nothing can stop employees when they are driven by passion. Neither the difficulties – because passionate employees are up for challenges – nor the lack of skills – because they will make everything to acquire them eventually.
